An Arab tourist resident in London asked his Nigerian host during Gen. Muhammadu Buhari’s military era: “I have not seen your wife since morning”.

Nigerian host: “Oh, she might have gone to queue for milk”.

Arab (surprise suffusing his face): “Gone to where for milk? You mean milk is so hard to come by in this country as to go all the way to Kew for it?”
